The optimize design of palm oil mill proliferate in the modern industry. Crude palm oil (CPO) is produced by mechanical process of milling machine. The process consists of several stations of palm oil. The purpose of this research is to design threshing station model to optimize the production capacity by develop the parameter design such as auto feeder, threshing and conveyor system. The parameters design are modeled by using autocad 2014. The fabrication and assembling process were conducted and selected materials correspond to the requirement of design. And the result show the compact model and expected could be operated with long period of operation. The power source comes from electric motor to drive the rotating element. This machine is equipped by control system that can feed the product to the thresher automatically.
